The following procedure should be observed by those who wish to place an item on the agenda for consideration by the Town Council:
Present the request to the Town Clerk, along with copies of all pertinent information and documentation related to the topic no later than one (1) full week prior to the regular scheduled meeting. Town Council meets every third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers located at 105 E. Broad St. for the regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting.
